These terms govern your use of MilBudgetBuddy, WellNest, Tennis 593 and this website (together, the “Services”), provided by LAVLEV LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

Using the Services

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not misuse the Services, attempt to break or reverse-engineer them, or use them unlawfully.

Your content

You own the content you enter. You give us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Services for you.

Not professional advice

The apps provide general tools and information. MilBudgetBuddy does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. WellNest does not provide medical advice; consult a professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAVLEV LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
