LAVLEV LLC (“we”) publishes MilBudgetBuddy, WellNest, Tennis 593 and operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
- Content you provide: information you enter in an app, such as workouts, meal plans, budget entries, or tennis match results and profile details.
- Device and usage data: device type, OS version, app version, crash reports and basic analytics, used to keep the apps working and improve them.
- Notifications: a push token if you allow notifications.
We do not collect precise location unless an app clearly asks for it and you allow it.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the apps and your account.
- To send service messages and, if you opt in, notifications.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse and improve the apps.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the apps, such as Supabase (database and authentication), Google Firebase (notifications, crash reporting and analytics) and Vercel (website hosting). They process data only on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time: see Delete your account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data. Email us to exercise these rights.
